How to Prepare for Window Cleaning Service

Fully raise blinds on windows, panes, and doors (for interior cleaning only).

Remove small objects & breakables (e.g., figurines, pictures, plants, and other decorations) from window sills, tables, and other furniture in front of windows (for interior cleaning only).

Remove any objects attached to or in front of glass (e.g., stained glass, suction cups, paper).

If service is for exterior-only window cleaning (“Basic” service) AND screen cleaning is NOT included, SCREENS MUST BE REMOVED BY HOMEOWNER IN ADVANCE. A charge of $3 per screen will be added to the service cost if Brightview is required to enter the home/business to remove & re-install screens.
How to Prepare for Pressure Washing Service

Brightview’s service includes moving or covering large items, such as furniture or grills. Before service, the customer is responsible for moving items you do not wish to get wet or damaged (e.g., cushions, carpets/rugs, decorations, potted plants). A CHARGE OF $50.00 WILL BE ADDED TO THE SERVICE COST IF BRIGHTVIEW IS REQUIRED TO MOVE THESE ITEMS.
